Identity awarenenss helps to highlight what is important to a company which ultimately will help shape a design solution.
Usability Testing
A solution lives and dies on usability testing. If users can use what has been produced as intended designers know that they are on the right track
Design Thinking
This philosophy is famously iterative which allows designs to evolve over time and respond to users needs.
Prototyping
Prototyping helps designers to represent complex ideas in a way that everyone can understand
Ideation
Generating ideas is essential to design. Inspiration can come from anywhere so out of the box thinking is encouraged and valued.
